Hello there, and welcome to Andy’s Beer Reviews – The Honest Beer Drinker.
I’m Andrew, a Yorkshire lad with a lifelong love of beer. From the first pint I ever tried as a youngster to the latest seasonal ale hitting the shelves, I’ve been tasting, learning, and occasionally spilling a few along the way. This site is my little corner of the internet where I share honest thoughts, reviews, and the occasional ramble about all things beer.
Here, you won’t find pretentious tasting notes or complicated jargon designed to make a pint sound fancier than it is. What you will find is honest, down-to-earth writing about beer. I taste it, I think about it, and I tell you what I really think. Whether it’s a classic bitter from a traditional brewery, a bold new craft IPA, or a supermarket special that surprises, I’ll give it a fair shake.
Beyond the reviews, I write about brewing techniques, beer styles, and the little stories that make drinking a pint so much more than just quenching your thirst. I want this to be a place where beginners and seasoned beer lovers alike can find something useful, interesting, and hopefully entertaining.
Pull up a chair, pour yourself a pint, and have a browse. If you’ve got a tip, a favourite brew, or just want to chat about a cracking pint you’ve found, drop me a message. There’s always time for a proper conversation about beer.
Cheers,
Andy
